| Other? I purchased my Stratos XT new in 2007. It handles great and I like the attention I get from the guys with the aluminum boats. They always want to know if I like it the boat and is it as stable as Stratos claims. I tell them yes…best purchase I ever made. Kevin S. KY |

Stratos is 25 years old this year... Happy Birthday Stratos Company: I have a 15 year old Stratos 285XL Dual Console beauty. I chose a Stratos over other boat manufactures at the time because of the choices available for fiberglass colors, pin striping, hull color, engine choice and the standard features appealed to me. The price was great also. I have enjoyed my Stratos over the years with minimal maintenance expense other than the usual expenses for batteries, tires, etc. I added power steering and a Hamby in 2000. These two features were a great addition. No Stratos should be without these two options. My Stratos is garage kept and still looks and rides just like it was new. Stratos is 25 years old this year... I love Stratos bass boats so much, I hunted over a couple states to find the first year run. And boy is she a bute! A 1984 Stratos 355V. The finish is almost like new. I'm going to restore this boat best I can as a testament to the Stratos name and keep it in the family. Thanks Stratos for building such a long lasting boat. Andy P. What made you choose Stratos over another brand? I was in the market for a new boat after having WAY too many problems with my last boat. I was in between a couple of brands and calling a few dealers to get information. I talked to Joe at Advanced Marine and arranged to look at a couple of boats. I had called several other dealers who unfortunately for them did not want to take the time to talk to me. When I arrived at Advanced Marine I was pleasantly surprised to say the least. Joe took the time to answer all my questions and made me feel like one of the "family" as opposed to just another "donor." He showed me a few boats and asked what type of fishing I would be doing and where I planned on using the boat most. I ended up getting a 294XL and could not be happier! From ride, to speed to overall fishability I have loved every bit of this boat. Having a great dealer and a great company like Stratos has just made it better. Everyone that has ridden in my boat has been amazed by the speed and handling and several friends have plans to get in to a new Stratos next year!
